In general costs are about the price of\n                a coffee or two.\n              </p>\n              <p>\n                Membership entitles you to operate the layout without constant\n                supervision. Most people dream of layouts our size, this benefit\n                is immense. Members may partake in community fellowship\n                including field trips, weekend operation sessions, and learning\n                presentations.\n              </p>\n            </div>\n            <div className=\"col-4\">\n              <h3>\n                Running Trains{' '}\n                <i className=\"inlineIcon fa fa-train\" aria-hidden=\"true\" />\n              </h3>\n              <p>\n                Membership is required to run trains without supervision. On\n                days when we are not too busy, you might be able to run a train\n                under the supervision of a club member.\n              </p>\n              <p>\n                Running your own train is subject to club approval. The\n                equipment must meet our standards to run well.\n              </p>\n            </div>\n            <div className=\"col-4\">\n              <h3>\n                Requirements{' '}\n                <i className=\"inlineIcon fa fa-tasks\" aria-hidden=\"true\" />\n              </h3>\n              <p>\n                Membership is open to anyone. Whether you're new to the hobby or\n                a seasoned expert, you'll find yourself at home. Members under\n                18 are considered junior members and must be accompanied by an\n                adult.\n              </p>\n              <p>\n                You will learn about the entire club as part of membership, read\n                about our{' '}\n                <a href=\"/blog/member_apprenticeship\">apprenticeship progarm</a>\n                .\n              </p>\n            </div>\n            <div className=\"col-6\">\n              <h3>\n                Equipment Standards{' '}\n                <i className=\"inlineIcon fa fa-thumbs-up\" aria-hidden=\"true\" />\n              </h3>\n              <p>\n                Prospective members must be accompanied by a club member when\n                operating on the layout to ensure safe operations. The club has\n                limited engines and rolling stock available for use. We highly\n                recommend bringing your own equipment to run.\n              </p>\n              <p>\n                Rolling stock (railcars) must be equipped with steel wheels and\n                metal Kadee style couplers. Locomotives must be DCC enabled.\n              </p>\n              <p>\n                Club members are happy to assist with any questions about\n                rolling stock, engines and DCC programming. We use NCE DCC cabs.\n                You do not need to bring your own, plenty of club cabs are\n                available for use.\n              </p>\n            </div>\n            <div className=\"col-6\">\n              <h3>\n                Process{' '}\n                <i className=\"inlineIcon fa fa-cogs\" aria-hidden=\"true\" />\n              </h3>\n              <p>\n                We suggest taking your time to explore our club on work days and\n                an operating session before making the decision to join.\n                Applications can be submitted on meeting days, the first Friday\n                of the month. Once submitted your application is read at the\n                monthly meeting four times, with a vote on the last reading. You\n                need to be present at the meetings for your application to be\n                read. Don't worry about missing a meeting, the four readings do\n                not need to be consecutive.\n              </p>\n              <p>\n                <b>\n                  Unable to attend on Fridays but still very interested in\n                  joining?\n                </b>{' '}\n                Contact us and we'll let you know about alternative membership\n                levels and an alternative process to join.\n              </p>\n            </div>\n            <div className=\"col-6\">\n              <h3>\n                Additonal Information{' '}\n                <i\n                  className=\"inlineIcon fa fa-puzzle-piece\"\n                  aria-hidden=\"true\"\n                />\n              </h3>\n              <ul>\n                <li>\n                  <b>No home layout needed.</b> Many members don't have a home\n                  layout and most couldn't find room for one of our size either.\n                </li>\n                <li>\n                  <b>Passion counts, not experience.</b> Our members come from\n                  all walks of life. You need not be an engineer in real life to\n                  be a member. All that's needed is a willingness to learn and\n                  passion for operating or crafting railroads in miniature HO\n                  size.\n                </li>\n                <li>\n                  <b>Flexible attendance.</b> Life happens, we understand that.\n                  You won't find us tallying off your attendance.
